WW2 RAF Battle of Britain Gloster Gladiator fighter
The Gloster Gladiator fighter was obsolete by the start of The Battle of Britain and was only used as a sop gap fix to plug holes in Britain's fighter defence screen, they were to slow to catch of intercept German raids and were replaced with Hurricanes as soon as possible.
